Returns & Refunds

We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not, you can return your item within 30 days of receipt, provided the products are returned complete, in as new condition, unused, unwashed and with their original packaging.

Please provide proof of purchase when returning the item.

How to Return by Post

Please make sure your items are well wrapped, securely.  Send an email to Sam@britsy.co for a returns reference number.

Please ensure you complete the returns slip with the items you are returning.  You must include the order number, we cannot process the refund without it.  

If you are unable to download and print the returns slip please include a letter with your return including the following information:

* Your full name
* Order number
* Address
* Email address
* Daytime telephone number
* What you are returning and why
